All orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days, unless you have chosen the "Rush My Order" option where it will then be dispatched within 1-5 working days.
Working days do not include Saturday or Sundays.
We offer standard delivery with Hermes with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days and Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class with a delivery aim on 1-2 working days.
Please note that international orders will be sent using a different service and has a delivery aim on 7-14 working days.
Lola's Treats & Squeaks is not responsible for delays due to the delivery service or due to customs.
If you are not in when a delivery attempt is made it is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or collection from your local depot. A calling card is usually left with instructions on how to do this.
If your item does not get delivered or is lost, rest assured that we will do our very best to come to a satisfactory conclusion. We will also contact the courier service directly for an update.
At checkout you can upgrade your delivery and choose to have it tracked/signed or choose an express option.
If you live within a 15 mile radius of the postcode BL1 then we offer a free delivery/collection service. Before you place your order please contact us to obtain our free delivery code.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All edible products are not eligible for returns due to their perishable nature.
All personalised products are not eligible for returns as they have been personalised specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Exchanges are accepted on all other products provided they are in their original packaging and do not have any signs of use. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds are only given for returns if the item is faulty, damaged or defective on delivery.
Exchanges or refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
You have a total of 28 days from when you receive your item to return it back to us.
If you do not contact us within that time you are no longer eligible for exchanges or refunds.
