Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Baked treats and personalised toys are made on Mondays and Tuesdays only. If your order contains any of these items please bare this in mind.
Because of this, all orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days.
